Hello, fellow humans I will be sharing valuable information about my personal transitioning experiences as an LGBTQI individual and Transgender in life as well as techniques, steps, and guides for living more authentically as a Transgender and Non-binary person.
I Lee, am a Transgender Non-Binary masculine center human being with over ten years of living, working, and community building in Oakland, Bay Area, California.Â

I am a multicultural traveler & student of life. I was born & raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, and developed and grew into a young person in Tel Aviv, Israel.
I went to art school in London, UK, and built my professional portfolio in Europe and the larger Bay Area, including some work in Los Angeles.
During the pandemic, I faced a difficult time when I had to close my second business and move in with my mom due to fear of the outcomes of COVID-19. This period, however, gave me the space and time to reflect deeply. I allowed myself to feel all the emotions and to discover my true self. I spent days staring at the seawater, feeling everything that I had previously numbed out and kept myself from by being busy building businesses. I acknowledge the extreme privilege I had to be able to sit with myself for months without worrying about finances.
I came out later in life, at the age of 35, so my mileage is relatively short. However, once I was able to understand and articulate my feelings, everything became clear, and I attracted experiences that aligned with my truth. I was supported by a transgender psychotherapist and a queer hypnotherapist who had firsthand experience with transitioning, especially medically. Without their support, I don't think I would have fully embraced my authentic self.
I highly recommend finding a therapist who truly understands you. We practiced visualizations and meditations, developed personal affirmations together, and I created a vision board of what I wanted to look like after medical intervention, which I looked at every day. I also developed a nutritional food plan and lived with my best friend, who took care of me after my top surgery.
Again, I cannot express how important community support was and still is. I know some of us can't rely on our families, but we can find a chosen family to support us.

It is soon Pride month and it is now ever so important for our community members to continue the challenging work that many before us started. I am here to continue the fight for our human rights, our voices, and our existence.
Some example affirmations:
"I deserve all that is good. In the infinity of life where I am, everything is perfect whole, and complete. I am safe and all life loves and supports me. I am at peace and I love and approve of myself" Louise Hays https://www.instagram.com/louise_hay_affirmations/
